Growing around the highest point of the tide, Channelled Wrack is a simple to use, often overlooked seaweed with a number of health benefits. Simply rehydrate in cool or boiling water until it has the consistency of Al Dente pasta. Then use as you would any other veg, adding to stews, soups and stir fries.
Alternatively, you can fry the dried Channelled Wrack in oil to create a tasty seasoning to sprinkle over your favourite dish. Eat immediately after frying for the best crunch!
